Has anyone taking Cymbalta noticed any relief from the physical aches and pains that accompany depression? I understand this is one of the symptoms its supposed to help alleviate. Also, any advice on time of day dosing for optimal sleep?
Thanks, Mark

I'm a lousy example, because of a comorbid eating disorder that's causing some additional physical problems, but I have noticed a big improvement in the fairly perpetual pain from arthritic knees, hips, toes, and elbows since starting Cymbalta. My back is also in pretty darned good shape.
So, despite the muscle pain from the ED, I'd have to say "Yes, it does seem to help a lot with physical pain."
