Help--I have been on 225 Effexor XR for 3-4 years. I started weaning myself about two months ago by only taking 150 a day. I have been off the med for 3 days now due to no money. I don't want to take it any more period. Does anyone have any advice? Or experience of just going cold turkey from 150? If I thought it would be o.k. I would just keep going. Thanks.

There's a discussion about this "DieCheerleader" above that may give you some helpful advice. I would not quit cold turkey!
