Another Question Please!
Could my combination of Ultram (400mg/day), Buspar (45mg/day) and Effexor (150mg/day) be contributing to my constant state of fatigue and lethargy? (As for the Effexor, I learned from King Vultran that my blood levels of Effexor are being raised by my taking it along with Wellbutrin).
If so, I'm willing to cut back on the Ultram (taken for arthritis pain) and the buspar (taken for anxiety).

I found that buspar at any dosage above 30 mg/day caused intolerable fatigue.
Oddly, at exactly 30 mg, it has no effect at all on my energy.

Thanks Zeugma! - I'm going to try taking only 15mg to 20mg a day and see how that works out. It bites having anxiety and fatigue at the same time!Thanks

I'm not familiar with Ultram. Does that cause fatigue? Buspar might, but if you need it for anxiety, don't stop taking it.
I take caffeine pills and caffeinated drinks like sodas and tea for tiredness.
Or you could try a stimulant like Adderall, or try Provigil.
