Hi guys, I am beginning to realize that I have social anxiety since I am afraid of going out and seeing people. I heard benzos only provide short term relief and cannot be taken for long periods of time continuously. For anybody who has experience anxiety like this, I was wondering what is the best long term solution. Is zoloft, lexapro, or prozac worth trying? which one?

Zoloft took care of my anxiety nicely
Effexor helped...but actually "increased" my anxiety..well after the 4-6 weeks of adjusting to itGod Bless
