Does Effexor affect the efficacy of Trileptal in any way in those people's regimens that contain these drugs for bipolar depression?
Effexor is a weird drug in that it can give a push toward hypo from NE effects and still cause fatigue from it's primary work on the serotonin receptors. Since I had the dosage raised I still have micro naps, but also feel like I am boosted with some stimulationbefore I take my early afternoon provigil.
I wonder if they affect blood levels between each other - any thoughts?
