Q to AmeSansVie: Adderall and DXM - how often?

Hi Ame,
I've a question.
If I take 40mg of Adderall at 11:00 am, then how should I take my DXM dose? I have 15 mg DXM Hbr tabs. How would you take them? All at once or seperated? Before adderall or during ? Any help appreciated
