OK. mood stabilizer or cognitive therapy alone?

OK. On WellbutrinSR 350 a day adjusted..like it and think I feel "normal".
Except for this long time issue of being self defeating. Bad bad behaviour Angry tone too it..like a rebellious child... Issues yes?
Ther is this constant whining child inside... " i don't Wanna" stuff.. Uh hello I"m 41!
so Anger issues? Mood disorder issue?
Medicate?
anyone relate?
