so my doc was right afterall
now that i am coming off celexa, i am finally starting to get my "mood reactivity" back, my hedonia, a song comes on the radio, and i say "YEAH!!!" instead of "blah"

If you are starting to get your "mood reactivity" back does that mean celexa was keeping you too stable? What did your dr. say?

> What do you mean "SSRIs can be effective as mood stabilizers."? If you are starting to get yourmy doc mentioned that serotonin RI provided mood stability while NE RI caused cycling ... i didn't believe him, cuz at the time no one else here seemed to know anything about it
he actually took me off depakote and trusted the SSRI to keep me stable

yes celexa kept me too stable... my doctor said "i need to work on my midbrain, so an MAOI like moclobemide or parnate would be appropriate"
