I was taking EPA-1000 from gnc , and yesterday
I bougth another brand called SOLGAR , since I
started taking this brand my anxiety has increaded very very much and also my depression
is worst
Do you think this change of brand is affecting
me?
I dont know what other thing could it be
I didnt change anything else on my medicines
I was bad some days ago ,but this feeling
its worst than anything.I have to go to the school , but I dont if tomorrow Im going to be there ,Im so afraid of people , today was a very painfull day in the school, almost all the time of the day scaping and hiding of people ,it feel so horrible . I wish I coul find a medicine that help me.
Anyway , any thougths would be apreciated

Depends on the actual content of omega 3 fatty acids. Is the amount of EPA and DHA the same as with the previous brand ??
