Hard to say, but I'd be inclined to say
the Zoloft. There was a chart somewhere
that showed the relative receptor affinities
and Zoloft was quite high.Linkadge

Don't know.... I would love to see a chart that showed reuptake transporter affinities for all the different ADs. That would be awesome. If anybody knows of one, please post link.
I do know, however... that either way (300 mg Effexor or 100 mg of Zoloft), it would be pretty weak.

What I know - I am no expert but I did study neuroscience in college and took psychopharm, etc,
in addition to my own personal research -
is that Effexor mostly affects norepinephrine and serotonin a bit, and of course Zoloft
being an SSRI mainly affects serotonin. I'd recommend something that is more
specific for dopamine like Wellbutrin.
