'dumber' on meds

i take lamatec, wellbutrin, effexor, inderal for bipolar II. i find i have suddenly become really dumb since adding lam. although it has helped me alot. i cant find words and i cant even remember what date it is.

a typical blunder
Me: how old r your two puppies
Man: 8 mnths and 4mnts old
Me: are they from the same litter?
Man just stares blankly

Lam. is supposed to improve cognition- thts what the papers say.
anyone else experiencing this.
