I think it's been about a month- now on 16 pills/day. I don't think I have the mood swings so much although I'm much more dissociative, maybe my klonopin has something to do with it. I get no support from the organization, but I also don't fill out mood forms, etc. so maybe they are ignoring me. My pdoc just did ask how I was. I guess that's it. Happy holidays to all- judy

So overall are you happy with it? I always dislike anything that makes me feel more dissociative, although stable is nice too. It seems that I really need some anchoring to keep from floating away, if that makes any sense.
Hope it keeps the mood swings at bay. (Are you still on the lam from your therapist?)

Hi,
Actually my pdoc did e-mail me the other day and was happy I went down on my benzos- 6mg to 4mg- no problems I just forgot a dose. He seems to think it's the supplement. Yes, still on the lam:-) re: therapy, it's almost Christmas so a nice convenient excuse. Do you do grounding exercises for the 'floating' experiences? Sometimes that really helps me- you know concentrating on my feet on the ground, etc. Hope all is well- judy
