Hy all. Another very good supplement to try in case of depression is CREATINE. I work out at the gym three times a week and discovered this supplement only the last year. At the dosage of 2 gr/kg day you may feel very good benefit in energy and ideation. Surely it is worth a try.

I took creatine for hockey...you can skate three times longer !!
Who would be depressed after something that gives a high like that ?
