I switched from 250 mg. of Depakote to the Sprinkles, which I think are 100 mg. Has anyone else ever gotten anything out of such a low dose? I REALLY want it to work for me, but I've been having trouble sleeping since I switched. I'm going to allow myself a short adjustment period and then maybe up the dose again if I still can't sleep after a couple weeks on the Sprinkles.
