I am a 32 year old mother of one. I take 300mg IR Wellbutrin a day and 15mg of Celexa. Any pysical activity causes me to sweat to wear it drips off my body and soaks my clothing. And I've also noticed when I'm rushed (usually put this pressure on myself)
I break into a sweat. Usually I am sweatng in my water bed at night and wake up freezing.
True it is summer- but I've never sweat this much. I live on Powerade. I also take birth control pills Desogen and Allegra for allergies.
Any other treatments besides shower every hour?
Thanks,
Bonnie

Antidepressants always make me sweat more. I read somewhere that people with low serotonin levels have a difficult time sweating (don't know if this is true or not). My sweating was worst when i would fall asleep (night sweats). I don't know if there is a remedy for the sweating. I always just accepted it.

A while back when I was interviewing for jobs, these sweat fests were very disturbing to me. I hated sitting in an interview with sweat running down my neck.
At any rate, a PBer told me that Vitamin E can help with that. So I started E. I believe it did help some, and couldn't hurt. However, I am at it again--probably because I have a new AD in the mix and higher doses of the older ones. (wellbutrin is one of mine)
