Sorry, I'm not a male, but I had no problem. Good luck to you.

Remeron is the sovereign remedy for SSRI anorgasmia--it worked for a couple people I have talked to: http://www.dr-bob.org/tips/split/Mirtazapine-for-SSRI-ADRs.html

I recently read a medical document showing recommendations for SSRI induced sexual side effects. The first remedy was ginko biloba. Start with 120 mg per day (60 2x per day) then eventually go up to 240 mg per day. It worked very well in a small controlled study.
I just tried ginko starting 2 days a go and it is already helping with my Celexa induced sexual side effects (erection as well as orgasm). I think that it is also recommended for women.
I read in an internet search that the only caution to take with ginko is if you have bleeding problems. But it's probably not a major concern for other people because 2 medical sites said that ginko has no known adverse side effects.
The other remedies on the list included trazodone- if one is also having sleeping problems. And Buspar- if one is also having anxiety.
It also mentioned yohimbine. But you must monitor your blood pressure if you take it. Also, it can cause insomnia especially taken late.

For some people, yes.
Everyone's different and you should approach all meds with that caveat. Remeron caused me to gain weight dramatically, so much so that I had to substitute another med...
