>Hey Jude: My pneumonia has all but cleared with the exeption of a nasty cough and some sore stomach muscles. The meds I am now taking make me nauseous but not too bad. Had a panicky night last night but not as bad as usual so all in all I'd have to say steadily improving. Thanks for asking. I miss Noa too. How''s every little thing with you??

Hello Judith-
Yes, I *am* starting my day with 3 eggs and cheese.
Not sure if it's giving me an energy boost, but
it's better than starving myself (except for the
chloresteral sp?). Actually, I *am* planning on
going sailing this afternoon, so maybe the diet is
beginning to help.

I tried a cold-turkey quit from Celexa but was
experiencing a lot of vertigo so I halved my dose.
I will halve it again this weekend, then reduce
it to every other day, then quit.

No, I'm not ready to go back to my job. Have fears
about my performance and about missing days. I
know people are going to be thinking of me as
a nut case, so I have a good deal of anxiety about
that too. But I need money badly, and if I don't
go back now (it's been 4 months) I probably won't
have a job to go back to. I'm surprised my employer
has been this indulgent.

Guess that's about it. Thanks for asking & I hope
you are doing OK.
hb

Hi Tina - glad to hear the pneumonia is getting better & that you're steadily improving. Turns out my son has a severe case of tonsilitis, so he's already improving with 1 day of antibiotics. He's on Day 4 of no "weed". I pointed out that he's probably gone through most of the withdrawal symptoms (maybe that's partly why he felt so rotten) & he COULD take advantage of that as a good time to drastically cut back. Here's hoping.

I'm feeling somewhat less anxious & can "turn off" my worrying better so maybe the Celexa is kicking in a bit. Am at 20 mg now (last 3 nights).

Take care.

If you're reading this Noa, I hope you're well; think of you & miss ya'.

Warm thoughts. Kath
