Could someone please tell me where I can go to find out about this kind of therapy. I am search the web and really haven't found much of anything in laymens terms...so if anyone could help...I would and will continue to greatly appreciate it...thank you.

I found some info following links from Depression Central (Ivan Goldberg's site)--can't remember the exact address offhand, but I got there just by doing a search for "Ivan Goldberg" on Infoseek.

Some excellent introductory books and self help guides to cognitive therapy are "Feeling Good" or "The Feeling Good Handbook" by Dr. David Burns
