Also ensure that you get adequate vitamin C. About 1000 mg/day supplement. Vitamin C works hand in hand with vitamin E.

Jeroen, is the E helping you? And being in a hospital can make the outside world very scarey so as Ed said you're stress could be higher. Fondly, Phillipa

Hi Jeroen

No, I don't think you need more. I know it's hard but you'll have to be patient, the effects of vitamin E will be slow to appear!
Kind regards

Hi J
Perhaps vitamin E is interacting with your medication somehow? I think you should reduce your dose of vitamin E

hi, i ordered Magnesium Citrate for my condition, i think its worth a shot, btw i stopped vitamin E and the worsened TD eye movements and blinking are lesser. so they Vitamin E had an effect on it, what about magnesium... i will take it on therapuetic dosage... please advice because can it interact with Seroquel, Seroxat 30 mg, Uni Tranxene 15 mg

I'm glad you decided to take it again. At least, the withdrawal problem is back under control. Are you taking the same dose as before?
> i will try the vitamin C 1000 mg and E soon and let you know about it.
Good. Thanks for letting me know. I think the lower vitamin E dose I suggested makes it less likely for those effects you noticed before, and the vitamin C keeps the vitamin E active.
