You think you feel more anxious as a side effect of taking so much Seroquel and Zyprexa? Tell us more.

Well, i think that the dopamine blockade comes with a price of more receptors and an increase in dopamine production.

Glad you're feeling better.
What does your doctor advise for your anxiety?

Are all your meds/doses via the psychiatrist? Just wondering if you partly self treat. Not a criticism, just curious :) I get the impression you don't see the psych that often?

The meds are via the psychiatrist. I can make reasonable dose changes without him though. I see him every 6 weeks and he is busy. I chose him because he is not afraid to prescribe international drugs.

Do you think there is a medical solution to that anxiety? I dont thats why i dont speak about it with the psychiatrist. Well he said that no matter what meds i take i may run into anxiety from time to time.

So, do you have anxiety problems most of the time or just occasionally?
How does the anxiety respond to SSRIs rather than venlafaxine? Have you tried a few?

Half of the time maybe. Its not most of the time but it is more often than occasionally
SSRI i responded to sertraöine at a low dosage but it gave me akathisia. I tried some of the new ones but i aborted. Once i was suicidal.

Look into acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC). It is being studied closely for use in depression by employing randomized controlled trials (RCT).

How do you find tea (either black tea or green tea)?
Tea does seem to be calming compared to coffee, while also improving attention.
Many people here drink loads of black tea.

Do any of these cause anxiety?

it seems to be helping. I am more indiferrent to others in a good way. I cared to much and was easily upset. I have introduced theanine, green tea extract and resveratrol all at once.

Was there any indication whether psychosis was a common or a rare event? I'd like to take a quick look at your source of information. I have no reason to disbelieve that psychosis is possible, but I would like to know the frequency at which this occurs.

Hi,
Are the supplements expensive?
I drink about five cups of tea a day, so a bit more than you! Cheaper and nicer than taking additional tablets.
Tea seems to have a positive effect on mental well-being, unless you drink ridiculous quantities or something. I assume it's the combination of L-theanine, minimal amounts of caffeine and maybe the antioxidants. I don't much like green tea though.

It is quite pricey, yes. I take alot of stuff. I am more of a coffee consumer rather than tea. There is this organic coffee latte that tastes so delicious:)

Is this possible? I am taking 500mg. Maybe that is too much?
