>I had a bit of a psychological withdrawal. is that possible?

I suppose it is possible, but not likely to be a problem. You have taken it extremely short-term. You shouldn't have any withdrawal problems now due to the prednisolone because the adrenal suppression caused by a single high dose (or two) of prednisolone is very brief, probably just lasting one day. In general, prednisolone has to be taken every day for a few weeks before there is a problem with withdrawal. So, you should be fine now, as in not affected by the prednisolone.

100mg a day is an very high dose for a nasal allergy! 50mg is high but 100mg is loads. Usually, nasal topical steroids are sufficient for nasal allergies, and can be very effective and safe. If prednisolone is needed, about 25mg (each morning) for a few days would normally be enough. So that's something to consider if you take it again. 100mg/day is normally only needed for life-threatening conditions.

You seem to be getting closer to finding the cause of this allergy :)

I am anxious because the low dose naltrexone is not approved for anything.

You can only make the decision based on whether you believe it is helping. Who is prescribing it for you?

Ah right. I thought you were doing better for anxiety overall and had less lorazepam?

I really hope it helps you. From what you have read, how long will LDN take to work for depression?

Hi Scott,

i think it can take up to 6 weeks on the highest dosage. I feel funny on LDN and i think my driving is affected. I take public transport!

Naltrexone has been an approved drug since 1984. You're just taking a very low dosage of it. And prescription drugs are frequently prescribed off-label to treat conditions that they weren't approved for.

Hey babblefriends,

this Rupatadine actually works quite well for me. Can i Take it 3 weeks in a row? Will i ruin the effects by taking it every day?

Hi.

>Can i Take it 3 weeks in a row?

Yes, that's fine. You can take the antihistamine rupatadine regularly if needed.

I can now sleep again without too much allergy. Even without Rupatadine. I have quit Naltrexone. I am just not in the mood for too much experimenting. Picked up some Rhodolia Rosea.

Thanks for your answers.

You're welcome.

Is Rhodiola a new experiment though, or something you've found useful numerous times before?

What sort of anxiety is it? Please can you describe it, and what's helped it so far.

You've been diagnosed schizoaffective disorder right? Do you feel the anxiety is part of this, or more of a separate problem?

I always expect bad things to happen and ruminate over them. Almost ocdish. Benzos help but i am against using them.
Nardil helped aside from the psychosis.

What would you say the reason is for your Seroquel and Zyprexa doses being so high? Also, why is your venlafaxine (Efexor) dose so low?

The neuroleptics are so high because i once quit medication for a few days and then i needed the high doses to not be psychotic.

Effexor is low because i dont like anorgasmia.
