Hey friends,

i have taken 1.5 mg for two nights now. I get somewhat more vivid dreams and feel some sort of sedation. But nothing too crazy.

I was told to take 1,5mg for 4 weeks, 3mg for 4 weeks and then 4.5 mg. I dont want to do it more quickly than that.

How long on a dosage until i know if it will have a positive effect? 3 Months?

There's no need to use alcohol as a preservative. If you keep the liquid LDN refrigerated, it will stay fresh for over a month.

I am holding onto LDN. Allergies seem to flare up a bit. It could be due to changes to the immune system. I may have lyme or some other infection. LDN helps this by boosting the immune system.

I have had a positive change. Mood feels brighter. I am not as lazy anymore. I am at 2.5 mg of Naltrexone.

I also take 225 mg of Lithium instead of 117.5 and i eat much healthier.

Most people take it shortly before going to bed. Here's some information about the ideal time to take it.

Hope these symptoms pass soon. They don't sound related to LDN.

Perhaps you could use a steroid nasal spray until it improves.

On the outside or inside? Some people get an itchy feeling within the ears at the same time as a nasal allergy. Obviously, if it's coming from an area of inflamed skin on your ear that's different.

Is it both ears? Any pain? Does it happen at same time as runny nose or typical allergy symptoms?
